Understanding Your Rights and Responsibilities at Skyline Fun Park

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Skyline Fun Park, purchasing tickets, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skyline Fun Park Canada Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or visit our facilities.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

2. Park Rules and Safety Requirements

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following rules must be observed at all times:

  • All guests must follow posted height, age, and health restrictions for rides and attractions
  • Proper attire including shirts and shoes must be worn at all times
  • Outside food, beverages, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas
  • Pets are not allowed in the park, except for service animals
  • Professional photography and videography require prior written permission
  • Guests must follow all instructions from park staff and security personnel
  • Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate ejection

3. Ticket Policies and Pricing

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law or at the sole discretion of management. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice, and additional fees may apply for special events or peak season dates.

Season passes are valid only for the current operating season and expire on December 31st of the year of purchase. Lost or stolen tickets and passes cannot be replaced unless a valid proof of purchase is provided.

Important: Entry to the park does not guarantee access to all rides and attractions. Some attractions may be closed due to weather, maintenance, or capacity limitations.

4. Liability and Risk Assumption

By entering Skyline Fun Park, you acknowledge that amusement park activities involve inherent risks and dangers. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your visit, including but not limited to risks of injury from rides, attractions, other guests, and park facilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Fun Park, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your visit or use of park facilities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  • You participate in all activities at your own risk
  • You are responsible for supervising minor children at all times
  • You must follow all posted warnings and safety instructions
  • You agree not to use rides or attractions if you have any medical conditions that could be aggravated

5. Property Rights and Privacy

Skyline Fun Park reserves the right to search bags, packages, and personal items for security purposes. The park is private property, and we reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person at our sole discretion.

By entering the park, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for security, marketing, or promotional purposes. You grant Skyline Fun Park the unrestricted right to use your likeness in any media without compensation.

6. Weather and Operating Conditions

Park operations are subject to weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to close the park, individual attractions, or modify operating hours without notice for safety, maintenance, or other operational reasons.

No refunds or rain checks will be issued for weather-related closures, early closures, or reduced capacity operations. We encourage guests to check our website or call ahead for current operating status.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed or used at Skyline Fun Park are the exclusive property of Skyline Fun Park Canada Inc. or our licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any park content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit to the park shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian arbitration law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. Emergency Procedures

In case of emergency, guests must follow all evacuation procedures and instructions from park staff. Emergency services are available on-site, and we maintain comprehensive emergency response protocols for guest safety.

By visiting our park, you acknowledge that you understand and will comply with all emergency procedures as directed by our staff.
